Hornet Softball Field    "Facilities" has to start with the Hornet Softball Field. Since Coach Bassi became coach the Hornet facility has under gone a multi-phase upgrade. The Physical Education Division and the Maintenance and Operations Department has provided assistance which has allowed the program the following improvements:   Installation of 2 batting cages     Skinned infield Outfield fence moved back to meet NCAA regulations: 190 feet in left and right field 220 feet in center field [pan of field banners, described by Coach Bassi 1.2MB]  Blue Coated bleachers with a seating capacity of 300   A well maintained facility is dependent upon the skill of those responsible for its care. Kenny has given both his time and expertise to the softball stadium. He is one of the Lady Hornets most loyal fans.
